Where can I create an account?

You can make an account with us right here or by clicking the top right of the website 'Login or register'.

I can’t login to my account, what can I do about that?

This can happen for many reasons, we advise you to contact our customer support team at [email protected] or call +41 61 588 03 13.

I would like to download my invoice from my account, is that possible?

Yes, that is possible. You login with your account and click on “order history and details”. On the screen you will see a label “invoice”, where under you see a PDF file for all your orders that have been placed.

How is all of my information stored?

We store all customer information safely and securely in accordance with our 'Privacy Policy'.

Is it possible to change information in my account?

Yes, you can change your personal information in 'My personal information' or you can add a new address in 'My addresses'.
