Two formulations, the same two active substances
The same: these capsules carry the same two active substances as Meladol, CBD and melatonin, in the same amounts per daily dose. One capsule gives 1.5 mg melatonin and 2.5 mg cannabidiol from hemp extract.
Different: the rest of the composition. The emulsifier here is sunflower lecithin, where Meladol uses soy lecithin. These capsules contain no alcohol, where Meladol contains ethanol at 2.3 vol.%. No added vitamins and no terpenes appear on this ingredient list. Handling differs too: nothing to measure, nothing to count, nothing to wipe, and no taste to work around.
Neither form is better in general. Choose the liquid if you want to set your own amount. Choose the capsule if you would rather have the amount fixed for you.
When this is not for you
If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, consult a doctor before use. Melatonin can cause drowsiness, so do not drive and do not operate machinery after taking it. This product is for short-term use. Do not exceed the recommended dose. A food supplement is not a substitute for a varied diet. Keep out of reach of children. The fixed amount is both the advantage and the limit, because you cannot adjust it. If you want to measure your own amount, Meladol, the liquid, suits you better. Do not chew the capsule, so it is not suitable for anyone who cannot swallow capsules.

Full ingredient list, as printed on the box: bulking agent (microcrystalline cellulose); capsule shell (HPMC); stabiliser (gum arabic); emulsifier (sunflower lecithin, non-GMO; polysorbate 80; sucrose esters of fatty acids); cannabidiol (from hemp extract); melatonin; anti-caking agent (magnesium stearate).
Allergens: no declarable allergens. The emulsifier is sunflower lecithin, not soy lecithin. The formula contains no alcohol, no added vitamins and no terpenes.
The shell is HPMC, made from plant cellulose, so no gelatine. The capsules are odourless and tasteless.

How to use
Take 1 capsule 1 to 2 hours before bedtime, with a glass of water or fruit juice. Do not chew the hardcap. Do not exceed the recommended dose. One practical difference with the liquid: Meladol is taken 30 minutes before bedtime, these capsules 1 to 2 hours before.
