Six strengths, one fill. The softgels hold the same full spectrum 2.0 extract as the bottle of the same strength, at 5, 10, 15, 20, 30 and 40%, in three pairs. The amount is fixed at the point of manufacture, so nothing changes from one capsule to the next and there is nothing to count. The shell is gelatine (bovine) and glycerine, so these are not vegan and not vegetarian. In 2.0, CBN, CBG, CBC and CBDa are raised to measured, declared levels.
Choosing a strength
The 5 and 10% are for starters, mild complaints and mental calm. A 5% softgel holds about 8 mg. A 10% softgel holds about 17 mg. The 15 and 20% are for recovery, relaxation and nagging complaints. A 15% softgel holds about 25 mg. A 20% softgel holds about 33 mg. The 30 and 40% are for intensive use with severe complaints, and for people who already know their amount. A 30% softgel holds about 50 mg. A 40% softgel holds about 67 mg.
Hemp seed oil is the fill up to 20%, MCT oil above, because the higher extract load needs a different base. One softgel three times a day up to 20%, twice a day at 30 and 40%. The useful strength is the one that makes your amount easy to take. If you want more, the step is the next strength, not more softgels.
The strength calculator turns your weight and routine into a starting point.
What is in a softgel
Inside is the oil from our bottle in the same strength: full spectrum 2.0. CBN, CBG, CBC and CBDa sit at raised, measured levels, over 20 times what an ordinary full spectrum oil carries. The shell is gelatine (bovine) and glycerine. The formula was developed in Switzerland in 2021 and has not changed since, on EU hemp, made under ISO 22000 and GMP. We've been working with cannabinoids since 2014. Every batch goes to the independent laboratory IFHA for cannabinoid content and purity, and you can pull up the paperwork in our batch lookup. What 2.0 means is spelled out on our CBD oil 2.0 page.
With water at fixed times
With water, at fixed times. One softgel three times a day up to 20%, twice a day at 30 and 40%. A jar covers 20 days, or 30 on the top two strengths. A swallowed softgel goes through the digestion, where oil under the tongue does not. Want that route with a fixed amount, bite the softgel open under your tongue. That route is why our advice here sits higher than for the oil of the same strength. The supply planner works out how many jars that routine needs.
Capsules or drops
Same oil, two forms. A capsule fixes the amount and keeps the hemp taste inside the shell, which suits a set routine. Drops let you adjust drop by drop, which suits anyone still finding their amount. The same six strengths come as drops in our CBD oil range. Next to the full spectrum ladder we also make CBG oil and CBN oil, each built around one cannabinoid.

Frequently asked questions
Why choose capsules instead of oil drops?▼
The amount in a softgel is fixed at manufacture, and the hemp taste stays inside the shell, so it goes down with water anywhere. A swallowed softgel goes through the digestion, where oil under the tongue does not. The shell is gelatine (bovine) and glycerine, so not vegan and not vegetarian.
What exactly is a softgel capsule?▼
A softgel is a soft shell around a liquid fill. Ours is gelatine (bovine) and glycerine, and the fill is the same full spectrum 2.0 oil we bottle: hemp seed oil up to 20%, MCT oil at 30 and 40%. Sixty softgels per jar, gluten free, no allergens.
Which strengths does this softgel range cover?▼
Six strengths: 5, 10, 15, 20, 30 and 40%, in three pairs. Every jar holds 60 softgels. One softgel at 5% holds about 8 mg. At the top of the range a softgel holds about 67 mg. The fill matches the bottle of the same strength, so the ladder runs the same way.
How is capsule quality verified?▼
The formula was developed in Switzerland in 2021 and has not changed since. The hemp is grown in the EU, and production runs under ISO 22000 and GMP. Every batch goes to the independent laboratory IFHA for cannabinoid content and purity. Cibdol has worked with cannabinoids since 2014.
Are there CBD tablets in this range?▼
No, the range is softgels only, six strengths, 60 per jar. A softgel is a soft shell around a liquid fill, which is how it carries the same CBD oil 2.0 as the bottle of the same strength. We do not make a pressed tablet version.
