Every answer here is a routine printed on our labels, not a formula. Each oil is taken as 3 to 4 drops, 3 times a day, so the strength sets the daily amount: from 18 mg a day at 5% up to 192 mg at 40%.
Softgels are taken one at a time, 3 times a day up to 20% and twice a day at 30% and 40%. Gummies are one a day. The calculator shows the strength whose routine comes closest to the amount you choose.
