Most people get here from a lower strength. You have your fixed times, you know how the pipette works, and you would rather keep the number of drops down. This is the fourth step of six and the last one with a hemp seed oil base. The routine stays the same. What changes is how much each drop holds.
Which strength to pick
This is the fourth of six strengths and the top of the hemp seed oil group. If you are happy at about 18 mg per serving, the same three drops give you that from the 15%, and if you already work with about 36 mg per serving or more, you would be counting five drops here where the 30% keeps it at three. Stronger is not automatically better, and the strength worth having is the one that makes your amount simple to measure.
What is in the bottle
Full spectrum 2.0 extract in hemp seed oil. One bottle holds 2000 mg CBD, plus 100 mg of the other prominent cannabinoids together: CBN, CBG, CBC and CBDa, raised to measured and declared levels. An ordinary full spectrum oil holds around 4.8 mg of those four. Hemp seed oil is the base up to this strength. Above it the extract load asks for a different base, so the range switches to MCT oil.
The formula was developed in Switzerland in 2021 and has not changed since. EU hemp, ISO 22000 and GMP, and Cibdol has worked with cannabinoids since 2014. How to use it
Three drops under the tongue. Hold them there for 60 seconds, then swallow. Three times a day at fixed times, morning, afternoon and evening. At this strength that comes to 72 mg CBD a day.
Stay on that for a week. If you notice nothing, add one drop per time and hold again, and keep going like that until you notice something. Then go back to three. If you would rather start from your own figures, the strength calculator gives you a personal starting point.
How long one bottle lasts
Nine drops a day empties one bottle in about four weeks. Go a drop per time higher and you are at twelve a day, which is a little over three weeks. Finding the amount that suits you takes three weeks or more, so a single bottle covers one round and nothing after it. That is the thinking behind three bottles.
