This company has not failed me. They routinely have great sales and are always updating their product line. My most recent experience with the customer service, when a shipment failed to arrive, was some of the best service I have had in many years. I will happily remain a loyal customer.

Previous experience was very good

Previous experience was very good, however recent service has been lacking. Ive had a number of issues with my last 3 orders, with little or no explanation of why my items weren't delivered and very generic response from the CS team. My last order was placed on 25th Dec and after a number of emails and lack of desire to resolve had to request a refund . I have since advised that I won't be ordering again. Shame as stated, no previous issues is why I have selected 3 stars not 1.
