We send all our packages with a 'track and trace' courier service, allowing your package to be tracked online.
Standard shipping
We ship every order through SendCloud, our shipping platform, which hands your parcel to a trusted local courier in your country. Once your package is on its way, you can follow it with the track-and-trace code from your shipping confirmation.
For orders under € 25,00, we charge € 4,95.
Collect your parcel
You can also select our delivery method, 'Collect your parcel'. This service gives you the freedom and comfort to pick up your order at any time from one of our Click & Collect points.
This shipping method is only available in France, Netherlands and Spain.
