Pick a strength by how much you want in one serving and how many drops you want to count. At 10% one drop holds about 4 mg, so a serving stays at three drops and you can still move one drop up or down. That is what this second rung is for.
Choosing between the strengths
This is the second of six strengths, so there is a rung on either side. If you want to move in smaller steps than about 4 mg at a time, 5% counts out the same amount in twice as many drops. If you want more than about 24 mg per serving, that is six drops or more here, and 15% or 20% keeps the count shorter, so higher is not automatically the right pick: the useful strength is the one that makes your amount simple to measure.
What is in the bottle
The bottle holds 1000 mg of CBD in a full spectrum 2.0 extract. Next to the CBD sit CBN, CBG, CBC and CBDa, raised to measured and declared levels: 50 mg per bottle, where an ordinary full spectrum oil at this strength holds around 2.4 mg. Hemp seed oil is the carrier here, as it is from 5% to 20%. Above 20% the range moves to MCT oil, because the heavier extract load needs a different base.
The formula was developed in Switzerland in 2021 and has stayed the same since, made from EU hemp under ISO 22000 and GMP. Cibdol has worked with cannabinoids since 2014. How to use this oil
Three drops under the tongue, held there for 60 seconds, three times a day at set times. At 10% that comes to 36 mg CBD a day. Keep that going for a week. If you notice nothing, add one drop per time and keep going up a drop at a time until you notice something. Then go back to three drops. How long one bottle lasts
At three drops three times a day, one bottle lasts about four weeks. Go one drop per time up and 12 drops a day brings it to a little over three weeks.
