What does genuine Cibdol stock actually mean?

Every UK order is picked and packed at our own warehouse in the Netherlands or resold by a marketplace trader. The pack you open is the one that left our shelves, complete with the batch code printed on its label, so what you receive matches what we made.

How do I raise a problem with a UK order?

Use the contact form and give us your order number along with a short description of what has gone wrong. Photographs help if the issue is visible. Our team works from the Netherlands, so allow for working days rather than same-day replies, and we will tell you what happens next before you post anything back.

Can I still change my mind once the parcel has arrived?

Yes. If a product is still sealed, you have 14 calendar days from delivery to send it back. Start by contacting us so we can confirm the address and the steps, and read our return policy for the detail. Items that have already been opened fall outside this arrangement, although you should still tell us if something is not right with them.

The pack shows a best-before date: what is that telling me?

It is the date up to which we expect the product to match the specification on its label, when kept as described on the packaging: somewhere cool, dry and away from direct sunlight. It is printed on each individual pack rather than only on an outer box, so you can check it yourself as soon as the parcel lands.
