When this form does not fit

The shell is gelatine (bovine) and glycerine, so these softgels are not vegan and not vegetarian. A swallowed softgel goes through the digestion, where oil under the tongue does not, and if you want that route with a fixed amount you can bite the softgel open under the tongue, which trades the tasteless part for the hemp flavour and keeps the rest. This is the second rung of six, and the ladder here is a matter of milligrams per softgel: our 5% holds about 8 mg, this one about 17 mg and the 15% about 25 mg, so the question is how much you want in one capsule, which makes this strength one for people who already know their amount. The fixed amount is the point of this form and also its limit, because you cannot adjust it drop by drop, and anyone still working that out adjusts more finely in a form that measures per drop; stronger is not automatically better, and the useful strength is the one that makes your amount easy to take.

What is in the softgel

Every softgel holds the same fill as our 10% bottle, full spectrum 2.0 in hemp seed oil, decarboxylated and not psychoactive. CBN, CBG, CBC and CBDa sit at measured, declared levels, over 20 times an ordinary full spectrum oil. Our 2.0 page sets out how the formula is built.

The formula was developed in Switzerland in 2021 and hasn't changed since, made with EU hemp under ISO 22000 and GMP. Cibdol has worked with cannabinoids since 2014. IFHA, an independent laboratory, checks every batch for cannabinoid content and purity, and the batch certificate lookup brings up the report for your jar's code.

The UK Food Standards Agency advises healthy adults to limit CBD from food to 10 mg a day. CBD is not for under-18s, or for anyone pregnant, breastfeeding or on medication.
