CBD Softgels 5%

The decision here is about form more than strength. You want the amount settled at the factory rather than at the kitchen table, and a gelatine shell is no obstacle for you. That is really all there is to it. This is the first of six rungs, holding less CBD per softgel than the five above it, and the fill inside is our full spectrum 2.0 oil.

When this is not your form

The shell is gelatine (bovine) and glycerine, so these softgels are not vegan and not vegetarian. A swallowed softgel goes through the digestion, while oil under the tongue does not, and if you want that route with the amount still fixed, bite one open under the tongue, which costs you the tasteless part and leaves the amount as it is. The rung above holds about 17 mg in one softgel, and there is nothing below this first rung of six. The fixed amount is the advantage and also the limit, because you cannot adjust it drop by drop; stronger is not automatically better, and the strength worth having is the one that makes your amount easy to take.

What is in the softgel

Each softgel holds the same fill as our CBD Oil 5%, full spectrum 2.0 in hemp seed oil. Every prominent cannabinoid is raised to a measured, declared level, so CBN, CBG, CBC and CBDa sit at over 20 times an ordinary full spectrum oil. The shell is gelatine (bovine) and glycerine, with the hemp flavour behind it. The formula was developed in Switzerland in 2021 and has not changed since. The hemp is EU grown, production runs under ISO 22000 and GMP, and the independent laboratory IFHA checks every batch for cannabinoid content and purity. The UK Food Standards Agency advises healthy adults to limit CBD from food to 10 mg a day. Not for under-18s, anyone pregnant or breastfeeding, or anyone on medication.

How to take these softgels

Up to 1 softgel a day (about 8 mg CBD). Swallow it with water at a fixed time, so it lands in the same slot each day.

A swallowed softgel goes through the digestion, and oil under the tongue does not. If you would rather have that route, bite the softgel open under the tongue instead. How long a jar lasts

One softgel a day means a jar of 60 covers 60 days, two months from one jar. Working out what suits you takes three weeks or more, which is why three jars are worth having together.
