When another form fits better

The shell is gelatine (bovine) and glycerine, so these softgels are not vegan and not vegetarian. A swallowed softgel goes through the digestion and oil under the tongue does not, so if you want that route with a fixed amount, bite the softgel open under the tongue and you keep the fixed amount, though not the tasteless part. This is the sixth of six, so nothing sits above it, and the 30% rung is one step down at about 50 mg of CBD per softgel; that fixed amount is the strength of this form and also its limit, because you cannot adjust it a little at a time, and anyone still working out their amount tunes it more finely in a form that measures per drop. This rung is for people who already know theirs, and stronger is not automatically better, since the useful strength is the one that makes your amount easy to take.

What is in the softgel

Each softgel holds the same fill as our CBD Oil 40%, full spectrum 2.0 in MCT oil. Above 20% the fill switches from hemp seed oil to MCT, because the heavier extract load needs a different base. Every prominent cannabinoid, CBN, CBG, CBC and CBDa, is raised and measured, at over 20 times an ordinary full spectrum oil.

The shell is gelatine (bovine) and glycerine. It was developed in Switzerland in 2021 and hasn't changed since, made from EU hemp under ISO 22000 and GMP. The independent laboratory IFHA tests every batch for cannabinoid content and purity, and the report for your jar sits in the batch certificate lookup. The UK Food Standards Agency advises healthy adults to limit CBD from food to 10 mg a day. Not for under-18s, for pregnant or breastfeeding people, or for anyone on medication.

How many softgels in a jar

One jar holds 60 softgels. How long one lasts depends on the instructions on the label. Finding the amount that suits you takes three weeks or more, and three jars give you room while you settle in.
