Where can I create an account?

You can create an account by clicking the “Log in” button located at the top right of the website.

I can’t log in to my account

This can happen for several reasons; we advise you to promptly contact our customer support team at [email protected] or call +41 61 588 03 13. 

I would like to download an invoice from my account, is that possible?

Yes, that is possible. Simply log in to your account and click on “order history and details”. On the screen, you will see a label “invoice”. Located underneath is a PDF file of all your orders.

How is all of my information stored?

We store all customer information safely and securely in accordance with our 'Privacy Policy'.

Is it possible to change my account information?

Yes, you can change your personal information in “My personal information”, and can add a new address in “My addresses”.
