3 CBD-Infused Dips You Can Make
Last updated:

These tasty dips are a delicious and healthy way to include CBD in your daily routine. They're easy to make and taste better than anything you can pick up at your local grocer’s. Pair them with your favourite crisps, or if you're watching your calories, choose fresh veggies or sliced fruit. Before we start: adjust the CBD dosage to meet your individual needs. These recipes include a standard 15mg dose of a 4% CBD oil. However, that may be more or less than what you need. You can easily adjust the dosage in these recipes by changing the amount of CBD oil used in each recipe based on what you normally take in a day. If you'd like more information on dosage, please read our "CBD: Dosage: Understanding the Basics" article.

CBD-infused dips are not only healthy, they're also a fun way to get your daily dose of cannabidiol oil. Once you've tried these basic recipes, mix things up with new combinations, try adding mashed sweet potato to the hummus or using the fruit dip to create a lovely, layered parfait. Guacamole is especially versatile; popular mix-ins include sweetcorn, toasted pistachios, or if you're especially adventurous, watermelon and smoked chipotles.
